With a double gameweek for Liverpool on the horizon, it’s important that Fantasy Football managers prepare well. In order to have three Reds players in your team, you may have to bring in one or two of Klopp’s men this week.
However, there are plenty of other in-form players that are worth considering. Let’s check out all the top picks for Round 23.
Jordan Pickford – Everton
Everton have been revived by Carlo Ancelotti. Since the experience manager’s arrival on Merseyside, the Toffees have only conceded three goals and Pickford has keep two clean sheets in that time. With favorable fixtures against West Ham, Newcastle, Watford and Crystal Palace in the coming weeks, Pickford could well add to his clean sheet tally.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – Liverpool
You simply can’t afford to leave Alexander-Arnold out of your team at the moment. The flying right-back is the highest scoring defender this season by some distance, and he will remain a key figure for Liverpool as they push for the title. With the Reds’ double gameweek in the next round, the 21-year-old is a must-have.
Lewis Dunk – Brighton & Hove Albion
While Brighton continue to improve under Graham Potter this season, Lewis Dunk has established himself as one of the most reliable centre-backs in the Premier League. Not only is Dunk extremely solid at the back, but he is also a constant threat from set pieces at the other end of the pitch for the Seagulls.
Son Heung-min – Tottenham Hostpur
With Harry Kane sidelined for the foreseeable future, Son Heung-min looks set to be a central figure for Spurs in the months that lie ahead. The South Korean already has five goals and eight assists in 2019/20, and he will be expected to continue to chip in with goals and assists in Kane’s absence.
Mohamed Salah – Liverpool
Sadio Mane was included in last week’s Fantasy Football Picks. But this week, it’s Mohamed Salah’s turn. The Egyptian King may not have been as prolific as Mane so far this season, but what’s stopping you from selecting both players for your team? Salah is still one of the most dangerous players in the division, so you’d be foolish to leave him out.
Danny Ings – Southampton
The Saints striker’s remarkable run has seen him net 13 goals in his last 16 appearances and 10 in his last 11. Ings has helped steer Southampton clear of the relegation zone, and now Saints are looking up rather than down. Wolves, Palace and Liverpool are next up for Southampton, but Ings has already scored against all of those teams this season.
Roberto Firmino – Liverpool
Another Liverpool player in red-hot form is Roberto Firmino. While he may not score as many goals as teammates Salah and Mane, he still has seven goals and four assists to his name this term. With three goals in his last four games, recruit Firmino ahead of his side’s busy run of fixtures.
